Hey guys!! I’m going to start making weekly workout Challenges. So here is my first one.
3 sets: 1st set - 30 reps, 2nd set - 20 reps and 3rd set - 10 reps.
I made some gifs for the exercises that people might not know about. The first one is the Spider (or spiderman) push ups. The second one is the push up mountain climbers. The third one is the reverse plank. The fourth one is the dragon crawl. Have fun!!
